Extreme Spring Cleaning List
Spring is coming up, this is a great time to declutter and reset. Here are some spring cleaning tips and a checklist to ensure all your cleaning is done right!
Some things you will need to help you clean your house for spring are:
Bucket
Clean microfiber cloths
Sponges
Reusable spray bottle
All-purpose cleaner
Duster
White vinegar
Dish soap
Vacuum
Mop
Toilet cleaner

Clean Baseboards
Baseboards are often overlooked, but baseboards can be cleaned with a vacuum and then, wiped down with a damp microfiber cloth and an all-purpose cleaner

Dust
Dust builds up in every room of the house no matter how many times you clean it. When dusting, work from the top of a room down, vacuuming the dust that falls on the floor.
Vacuum
Go over all of your floors with a vacuum to get up any crumbs and loose dirt. Ig you have animals you know this is a task that you do often.
Mop
Floors can accumulate a lot of dirt from shoes being worn in the house. Make sure you go over them until the water runs clean.
Shampoo Rugs
Carpets and rugs with waterproof backings can be deep-cleaned with a shampoo machine and a hot-water extraction machine. This is great to do it you have pets!
Wipe Walls and Ceilings
Over time, our walls and ceilings build up with unwanted marks. Wipe them down with a cloth to get rid of dust and grime.
Wipe down windows and doors
Windows and doors get very dirty throughout the year. Clean them by using a window cleaner.
Clean Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans
Light fixtures are the place for dust and critters. When it comes to your lamps, be sure to unplug them as it gives them time to cool off before starting the cleaning process.
Clean all toilets
Toilets are a great place for those sneaky germs to hide, Make sure you clean the bowl with heavy-duty cleaner to get all that bacteria, once it sits for a few minutes use that toilet scrubber to get any stains off the bowl. Then wipe down the rest of the toilet with a Clorox wipe, this will ensure there are no bacteria left behind!
Go through closets and get rid of clutter
Decluttering rooms in your home will get rid of the unwanted stress of trying to find things in cluttered spaces.
