On May 2, 2024, Heyworth High School hosted a National Honor Society Induction and an Awards & Scholarships Ceremony. This ceremony consisted of the recognition of current members, an oath of their membership, the pinning of the new members, congratulatory remarks, and closing remarks. Then, there was a scholarship ceremony to honor the hard-working students who received a scholarship towards their future plans. After that, there were awards and honors showing off all the different students and their interests throughout high school. This was a very nice ceremony to recognize some of the student's talent and work.
