Dia De Los Muertos celebrates and honors the dead by using calaveras and marigold flowers; in homes, most families build offerings that are known as ofrendas. Ofrendas include favorite foods and beverages of the dead. On Wednesday, November 1st the Spanish and Art Club are holding their version of the holiday. They have several activities such as games, crafts, face painting, food, and more. If you do decide to participate make sure to bring money for the tickets, not only that but if you happen to be in Art or Spanish you may receive extra credit. We hope to see you soon!!
