Christmas is Coming to Heyworth

The annual Christmas Parade was held on November 11 and started at 2 pm. The parade was led by the Heyworth Police Department. During the parade, you saw many classic Christmas characters such as Santa and the Grinch. Not only that but Heyworth was lucky enough to have a special visitor. Miss Illinois, Jacey Johnson, was in attendance along with the Mclean County fair queen, Allena Johnson. But those weren’t the only royal attendees at the Heyworth parade, as homecoming Queen and King, Maura McMillan and Alex Dahlhauser were in attendance.
