Looking for something fun to do on October 21st? The volleyball team and wrestling team are hosting a haunted trail at the Wild Harvest Honey Farm. Little ones are welcome as they are offering a kid-friendly “ Wizarding World of Wild Harvest” and of course, there will be some fun for all the adults in “No Man's Land”. All proceeds go to the volleyball and wrestling teams. Tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door. 2 trails, one ticket. Concessions will be provided by the Heyworth Wrestling team. Come on out and enjoy some chili, hotdogs and apple cider. From 6:30- 10:30!

We talked to one of the coaches involved, Mr. Albaugh, the wrestling coach, said that some of his favorite memories from high school were around the halloween season and it's a good way for teams to stay active and be together.

In addition to the Haunted trail at Wild Harvest they are also hosting a full day of activities starting at 12:00 pm is the dog costume contest parade which is hosted by Ruby's Rescue and retreat, following that is a free kids costume contest at 1:00 pm, at 2:00 pm is the pumpkin carving contest, 3:00 pm is the Adult costume contest.

Also going on in Heyworth on October 21st is Trunk or Treat at the library park and starting at 5:30 pm is a costume contest and a showing of Casper the Friendly Ghost on the big screen. If you didn’t get enough to eat at the Haunted Trail, there will also be food vendors available during the Trunk or Treat activities.

Finally, Starting at 9am- 1pm at the Heyworth Christian Church parking lot is hosting a Harvest Fest with tons of activities for kids including hayrack rides also located at the church will be market vendors and food trucks!
