The baseball season is sliding right into place and the season is looking to be a big hit. With only a bit of time left before the season officially starts, it's worth taking a good preview of the players, coaches, and season predictions.
The Senior roster includes Tyler Bartels, Lucas Garber, Cooper Johnson, Brady Wicklander, and Tyler Wills.
The Junior roster includes Hunter Bockelman, Noah Eldredge, Ryan Flaherty, Maddox Klawitter, Logan Mills, Jacob Pickett, Timmy Romer, Aaron Salzman, And Aaron Shields.
The Sophomore roster includes Parker Bell, Carter Brooks, Tyler Brown, Keegan Gresham, Boston Katz, Jackson Law, Walker Mullins, Lucas Rutledge, and Colton Sheppard.
And finally, the Freshman roster includes Tristan Crow, Braxton Denning, Bryce Flemming, Jeffrey Klawitter, Braydon Laesch, Jack McGrew, and Caleb Troha.
This year the coaches will include Coach Turner and Coach Esposito along with the addition of Coach Garard. With an outstanding last season, there's a lot of pressure put on the team to go above and beyond last season's achievements. My prediction is that Heyworth will have an amazing team this year, and with great new and improving players, will go on to have an even better season than last year.
